Products and Availability

Azinia Rituals offers small-batch, oil-first cosmetic skincare products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing and availability or discontinue products when necessary.

Natural variations in colour and appearance may occur between batches.

Pricing and Orders

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Azinia Rituals does not currently charge sales tax at checkout. This practice may change if required by applicable tax laws.

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship across Canada.

Shipping is $10 CAD within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and $15 CAD elsewhere in Canada.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD after applicable discounts.

Personal Use and Unauthorized Resale

Our products are intended for individual end users.

Commercial resale, redistribution or representation as an authorized Azinia Rituals retailer requires prior written authorization.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect unauthorized commercial resale, subject to applicable law.

Our products are intended for cosmetic skincare use only.

Please review the ingredient information and follow the directions provided with each product.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have known allergies, skin sensitivities or concerns relating to medical treatment, consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Returns and Refunds

Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Azinia Rituals name, branding, original photographs, written content and other original website materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited except as permitted by law.
