Renewal Face Oil is designed to condition facial skin, enhance suppleness and support healthy-looking radiance.
Resilience Eye Balm provides concentrated moisture and comfort for the delicate skin around the eyes.
Restoration Body Oil helps soften, replenish and condition skin that feels dry or less comfortable.

Are your products suitable for mature skin?
Azinia Rituals is created with skin that has changed over time in mind, including skin experiencing dryness or changes in texture and comfort.
Our products focus on conditioning, moisture and suppleness rather than promising to reverse the natural ageing process.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin sensitivities vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee that any cosmetic product will be suitable for everyone.
Please review the full ingredient list and patch test before introducing a new product, particularly if your skin is sensitive.
Can I use Azinia Rituals products during or after medical treatment?
Our products are cosmetic skincare and are not intended to treat medical conditions or treatment-related skin complications.

How should I store my products?
Store your products tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Avoid introducing water or other contaminants into the containers, particularly when using Resilience Eye Balm.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping rates are:

Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA): $10 CAD flat rate.

Rest of Canada: $15 CAD flat rate.

Complimentary standard shipping: Available on orders over $100 CAD after applicable discounts.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
Once dispatched, standard delivery is estimated at approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Can I return a product?
Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and product integrity, opened or used products cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Please contact us before sending a return. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where available.
We will review the concern and arrange an appropriate resolution. The suggested reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights.
Do you charge sales tax?
Azinia Rituals does not currently charge sales tax at checkout. This may change if required by applicable tax laws.
