Shipping Within Canada

Azinia Rituals ships across Canada.

Standard shipping rates are:

Rest of Canada: $14.44 CAD flat rate.
Complimentary standard shipping: Available on orders over $100 CAD after applicable discounts, before shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and qualifying order subtotal.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and process orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

During periods of higher order volume or unexpected delays, processing may take longer. We will communicate significant delays whenever possible.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delayed, Missing or Stolen Packages

If your order is delayed, appears to be missing or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Azinia Rituals.

We will review the available tracking information and assist with the carrier's investigation where possible.

Any applicable replacement, refund or other remedy will be assessed in accordance with consumer protection laws.
